Brief description

The nearest airports are Pescara (92 km) and Ancona (92 km), both about an hour away. The airports of Perugia (168 km) and Rimini (170 km) are about two hours away.

Description of buildings

The village consists of four ancient stone buildings for residential use, in need of complete renovation, with the following dimensions:

426 square metres gross on two levels.

Building B

118 square metres gross on two levels.

Building C

845 square metres gross on three levels.

Building D

321 square metres gross on three levels.

State and finishing

The hamlet, which dates back in part to the 18th century, is in need of complete renovation and represents a typical rural settlement in the Marche region, which has remained virtually unchanged in its original configuration.

The four buildings, gathered within a radius of about 60 metres, retain the traditional construction features of the area: brick and stone walls, wooden floors, gabled roofs with tiles and curved tiles, and, in some rooms, cross vaults of particular interest.

Their volumes and harmonious relationship with the surrounding agricultural land are also still visible.

The entire complex retains its authentic charm, emphasised by its commanding position and open views of the hilly landscape and the Adriatic Sea.

The renovation work will provide an opportunity to enhance the original architectural features that are still visible, reinterpreting the spaces according to a contemporary design.
