Geographic position

The Casale dei Sogni is located in a beautiful location, with a breathtaking view of the hills of the Marches region that seem like they are rolling all the way from inland to the Adriatic coast. The home dominates a hillock, surrounded by a mosaic of cultivated fields.

The nearest town, a landmark for shopping and daily necessities, is the village of Filottrano, about 6 km away and less than 10 minutes with a car.

The location is private and in the heart of the countryside but at the same time it is conveniently located near other important cities of the Marches region, as well as the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast. As a matter of fact, Jesi (17 km), Macerata (27 km), Falconara (32 km) and the seaside are less than a half an hour drive. Numana and Ancona (40 km) are about forty-five minutes away.

We are also 10 minutes from the Villaggio Vacanze Verde Azzurro, a water park with swimming pools, slides, Grand Canyon river, a large lagoon with hydromassage, water fountains and a semi-Olympic pool, set amongst the hills and perfect for spending a few hot summer days.

The nearest airport is Falconara, only 29 km away (half an hour by car), while the airports of Perugia (112 km away) and Rimini (114 km away) can be reached in less than an hour and a half.

The Casale dei Sogni is a traditional and characteristic country house in Le Marche, with a brick and stone exterior and a tile roof, surrounded by a luxurious garden with a view. In springtime the garden blooms in all its beauty and colourful glory.

The original structure of the farmhouse dates back to the end of the 19th century. It was restored by the current owners and is in excellent condition.

The interior finishes are typical of the old farmhouses of the Marches inland area, with terracotta floors and ceilings with beams and tiles, which give the rooms a characteristic and welcoming ambiance.

The kitchen is made of masonry, with a beautiful stone sink. The countertops and backsplashes are have coloured ceramics in shades of white and red.

The bathrooms are large and bright, also with coloured ceramic tiles.

The window frames, both interior and exterior, are solid wood.
