Geographic position

Montepulciano is situated in the heart of Tuscany, where the Val D’Orcia and the Val di Chiana intersect, among the lush vineyards and olive groves.

This project aims at increasing the cubage of the basement, which will be turned into the spa and the 75 sq.m indoor swimming pool, for a total of 500 sq.m gross.
The spa area should be connected to the current storage, which will be turned into a gym.
