Golf lovers can visit the Valdichiana Golf Club (9 holes, par 34, 2.643 m) at just 14 km away. There is a driving range where you can also learn to play under the careful guidance and supervision of Federal instructors. Lamborghini Golf Club (9 holes par 36, 2,957 m) is 35 km away; it covers 30 hectares of land and is surrounded by beautiful forests and one vineyard after another between Panicale and Lake Trasimeno.

The nearest airport is Perugia (70 km, a one-hour drive), while the Florence airport is one hour and 20 minutes away (117 km).

Description of buildings

This farmhouse has a net saleable area of about 140 sq.m. and two floors.

On the ground floor we find the living room with dining area and fireplace, the kitchen with access to a lovely pergola, a guest bathroom and a bedroom with a private bathroom that has a Jacuzzi.

The second floor is entirely devoted to the sleeping areas, with two bedrooms. The first with an en-suite bathroom and the other which, in addition to the en-suite bathroom, also has a separate area with a Jacuzzi.

State and finishing

The farmhouse has been renovated with typical Tuscan materials: terracotta floors, exposed beams, a travertine fireplace and a roof with ancient tiles, and it is fully insulated.

External areas

The land is completely bordered by stone walls and adorned with hedges and cypress trees.

Access to the property is protected by an electric gate equipped with a video intercom. From here a short driveway leads to the large parking area and the entrance to the house.

The pool area is also made of terracotta. It is at the highest point of the entire property and from there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, relaxing in the solarium with gazebo, also finished in terracotta.
