The entrance opens onto the ground floor where there is a large living area, with the living room, sitting room and dining room, the kitchen with large pantry, a bathroom and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor, a pretty mezzanine overlooks the dining room and serves as a hallway for the three bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and a further bathroom.

There is another living area on the basement floor, with kitchen and living/dining room with fireplace, the laundry room and two bathrooms.


The outbuilding  is next to the farmhouse and measures 65 sq.m in total, on one floor.

State and finishing

The farmhouse, whose original structure dates from the 1800s, has been restored, preserving the external features typical of a country house: the exposed stonework facade and tiled roof.

Inside, meanwhile, there is a pleasant blend of traditional and contemporary; wooden ceilings and tiled floors on the ground floor and wood floors on the first floor, the bathrooms with modern fixtures and furniture and the mezzanine which overlooks the dining room partly built from glass and steel.
