Geographic position

Situated just 4 km from the historic village of Montecatini Val di Cecina, Casale San Giusto is a traditional country villa, in a panoramic, easily accessible location.

Volterra, 18 km away, is one of Tuscany’s most famous historic centres, and is less than half an hour’s drive, while Florence, 92 km away, is less than two hours.

The nearest airport is Pisa (64 km), an hour’s drive away.

Description of buildings

The farmhouse, completely rebuilt following the canons of the Tuscan style, with exposed stone, ceilings in beams and rafters and terracotta floors, is arranged on three floors for a total of 620 square meters and is currently used as a well established receptive structure.


On the ground floor there is the reception, the area used as a wellness center with Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath and a small fitness corner.

Through an internal staircase from the ground floor you can access the basement of about 120 square meters where currently there are the tavern area, two multipurpose rooms and two bathrooms.

From the ground floor you canalso access three of the apartments used as accommodation:
