On the ground floor, used as a living area, there is the entrance, the dining room, the sitting room, the kitchen, another sitting room/bedroom, the studio and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 6 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a guest bathroom.
Within the property there is also an old oven, measuring around 15 sq.m and an annex, currently used as a storeroom/barn, which measures 50 sq.m and is around 5 metres in height, so it would be possible to get planning permission to change it into living space.
State and finishing
